Thermoplastic Rubber Coatings
Primarily EPDM based are thermoplastic or partially vulcanized for high physical properties from 50A to 90A durometer. We compound these and offer them to the market place for extrusion or injection molding. We will develop and produce compounds in small quantities for your special needs.
Polyethylene Coatings
High and low density and copolymers are offered in unlimited combination either as supplied by the major resin producers or blended in house. These can be for structural application or for heat sealing.
Vinyl Coatings
For custom coating applications, we can offer both flexible PVC films that are extrusion laminated or liquid Plastisols that are knife over roll coated in a hardness range of 50A to 90A.
Urethane Coatings
These also are offered in a variety of forms with extruded films laminated or dispersions coated with our knife over roll/web process. Both Polyester and Polyether grades are offered in a wide range of hardness's to satisfy all physical, environmental and processing properties.
Neoprene Coatings
These are offered as liquid knife over roll coatings both partially cured for further converting or as fully cured systems.
Woven & Non-Woven Fabrics
