1. Compounds & Coating R&D Development
   We are fully integrated to develop and produce all of our own compounds and coatings. We also offer these fabric coating materials to the market place for customer conversion for value added or stand alone product design.
   
   
2. Materials & Base Fabrics
   We extrusion laminate and liquid coat the following materials:
   • Thermoplastic rubbers (TPR, TPV's, TPO's)
   • Urethane - High MW for physical or low MW for heat sealing
   • Vinyl- Flexible extruded film or plastisol coating
   • Neoprene - Fully or partially x linked
   • Silicone - Fully or partially x linked
   • Base Fabrics include Woven and Non Woven Polyester, poly-cotton, nylon and glass in various structures and weights.
