Two extrusion coating lines provide a wide range of design capabilities for:

Flexible Minimum Production Quantities
A wide range of production capacity allows us to offer relatively small scheduled quantities to runs in the tens of thousands of linear yards.

Liquid Coating Process Options
Our liquid coating process options are extensive with several knife over roll/web coating lines to provide as little as 1/4 oz/yd2 for priming or up to 10 oz/yd2 multipass coatings for optimum physical properties. Our drying and curing processes are controlled with multi zone ovens with tenter frame control to insure dimensional stability. Various knife blade thicknesses and profiles allows the use of coatings with a wide range of viscosities to control penetration and pickup.

Powder Coating
We have the capability to powder coat fabrics with powdered PE, Copolythylenes, copolyesters and nylon. A typical application is heat sealing.
Hot Melt Coating
EVA, nylon, copolyester and blocked styrene hot melt coating is available for heat sealing or pressure sensitive applications.
Slitting Services
We also offer complete slitting services with width ranges of 1/2" - 5". Again our complete testing facilities can provide accurate and complete test packages with COA's available on all production runs. We are an ISO certified manufacturer.
